The Term UI Design represents- User Interface design, A design that is focused on more user experience and usability.
It Designer responsibility to take care all the interactions that going to perform should be easy for users to interact with.
There are some principles that we need to follow carefully while working with UI.
1. The structure principle:
Your Design element must be organized in a meaningful and Understandable way so that a user can simply recognize the flow/functionality in
a visual manner. We should keep in mind that design should be consistent like keep related things together and separating unrelated things from the design.
2 .The simplicity principle:
Of course, we want our design layout to be memorable, We should design in such a way that it seems more simple to use for user by adding icons, icons with text, navigation, Use simple and popular verbs in ‘Call to action’, Common color code like green for done.
3 .The visibility principle:
The visibility principle says a good interface should have all the required options. The color scheme and proper arrangement of elements can play an important role for the user to complete their task efficiently.
4 .The feedback principle:
Your design should communicate users effectively about an action (while performing an action like clicking on the button must have any indications/highlighted to show its active), interpretations, errors and expectations to make navigation easier for them.
5 .The reuse principle:
As the name denotes, this principle is basically based on repetition of internal and external components and behavior. This principle helps to maintain the consistency and also reduces the need for users to keep the interface remember or think every time.
The best interface designs have conversational elements. There are no unnecessary elements, Always ask a question while thinking to add a new feature or element in your design, “What is the purpose of adding? ” or “Does the user really require this ?”.
